After talking to lawyers from all over the world I found that many of our colleagues are tired of how they were being perceived, and couldn’t find a way to feel better in their working life. Given all the work we’ve done to become lawyers, I found that quite upsetting.
I then started doing some research and found that there wasn’t much helpful information out there at all.
